The children in afterschool club have been requesting paper aeroplanes, so on Monday we gave them a challenge to create paper boats. Anita supported the children as she modelled how to fold the paper to make a boat. Next, we gave them a tub of water to see if they would float. This got the children very excited! A child asked if they would still float if a pony was added so we experimented with this idea to discover it would sink. The children did fantastic with this challenge!
